Apte around the same time as the Shirke House (1951-53), the building showcases a distinct Art Deco style with geometric shapes. It is a landmark on Lakshmi Road, currently serving as an office for the Life Insurance Company. The facade features bold planes, a noticeable entrance, and yellow/red stonecrete bands. The Art Deco ornaments blend well with its commercial purpose. The entrance boasts brown Italian marble for added elegance.
